First meeting of 2017 was held at Cindy's and we had a wonderful time. For the most part of the winter we've been snowed in and it felt great to get out and get together again. Thank you Cindy for hosting and also Jeri for helping out with the lunch!! Not only did we have our regular Show and Tell, but we also brought items we have made through the years for Valentine's.
Announcements: Susan and Monica (who are hosting next month) issued a yoyo challenge to all of us. We were each given a square of yoyo's from the first quilt shown here and asked to come back next month with a finished piece using that square. Good luck everyone. :) If you want to participate but weren't at the meeting, give Susan a call.
Our meeting for next month will be at Susan's on Feb. 22nd.
Here is our Show and Tell followed by a few pics of a demo given by Lenette of how to make a flanged binding and our luncheon.
