We're back from our summer break. Our first meeting took place at the State Street LDS building in Eagle. Diane arranged for a guest speaker, Nathan Smith, who shared a great trunk show filled with stories and beautiful quilts. Diane and Kathi provided some yummy bagels and spreads and freshly juiced fruit juice.

Kathi crocheted this jellyfish for her granddaughter who got stung on their family vacation to the beach. The baby jellyfish hide up inside the mama jellyfish.

Nathan's first quilt!!!
His scrappy fabric is beautifully showcased by using a dark background.

The solid color (orange) was made from the "color of the year" called Crush.

The daisy quilt below was photographed at the Anne Frank memorial in Boise.
The daisy flower represents beauty, purity and innocence.
